I used my Borders phone text coupon for 20% to buy the book Here Comes Everybody, by Clay Shirky. I showed the kid at the register my cell phone and he just asked me what the coupon was for. Instead of entering the code on my phone, he decided to just scan any coupon sitting on his register; he found a 25% off coupon and scanned it like he was doing me a favor. Cool with me. I wonder if he was lazy or not properly trained for this new technology.
When is the iPhone going to support Skype? That would be so cool.
